UI for editing XSPF's track tags

I like to set specific track tags in playlists without touching the media file. Custom title, start/end times, comment...

But currently I need to manually edit XSPF files, as VLC doesn't provide an UI.

Even "Description"/"Comments", which VLC reads from XSPF's tag as fallback if the file doesn't have comment tag, if I try to edit it via VLC I would end up editing file metadata.

So I would like to suggest to implement an UI to edit playlist tags, preserving media file metadata. I'm particularly interested in

, , , , vlc:optionstart-time and vlc:optionstop-time.
