Video playback failure on VLC for Android

Hello,

My short video will not play correctly on VLC for android. After playback of the first couple frames, for the remaining part of the video most parts of the image are black. I think this is a major issue, since playing a simple video is the core functionality of VLC. I will attach two files

1. The video itself. It is very short and small.
2. A screenrecording of the video playback failure in action.

My operating system and hardware: Android 9 on a Nokia 5 (Single sim) VLC for Android version: 3.2.12 (latest version to date) How to reproduce: play the video from the attachment (test.mp4). That's all. Reproducibility: the problem occurs every time. It won't happen in other media players, just VLC. File type: MP4 container with H.264 video without audio track. See MediaInfo report below. Additional info: I encoded the video with preset Slower and then changed only one parameter myself: ref=4. Given the profile and level, in my opinion every media player should play this file easily. The only "non-standard" things about the video file I can think of are the aspect ratio (1; square) and the absence of an audio track, both of which I think should not complicate playback.
