No audio in an MPEG-TS stream with ADTS sent as LATM

Operating System: openSUSE Leap 15.1 VLC version: 3.0.9.2-lp151.6.6.1 Hardware: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7600U CPU @ 2.80GHz (quad-core) Using Intel i965 driver for Intel(R) Kaby Lake - 2.2.0 for hardware decoding

IIUC this is in fact a missing feature, because I get this message:

[00007fbaaccb50d0] mpeg4audio packetizer error: latm sub frames not yet supported, please send a sample

I can see the same message in my git clone (HEAD == c98b8e88), so I assume there's no point in building from sources to verify that this feature is still missing.

I can provide a sample stream.
