Chromecast streaming does not work

OS Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

VLC version 3.0.10, 32 and 64

Device: Google Chromecast Ultra 2016

Streaming works from Chrome browser, from Android VLC app, tried turning off firewall.

VLC finds Chromecast device but can not stream.

Messages output (IP and port are correct):
