VLC 3.0.10 regression: unable to drag window without decoration

Hi,

since the v3.0.10 update, I haven't been able to drag the video window if set with the "windows decoration" option disabled.

I obviously tried to reset settings, but it didn't fix the problem. I heavily use this feature on my multi-screens desktop.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
