Hide Windows Decoration = I can't move video window!

Hello VLC developers. Thank you for your great VLC player. Wondeful media player. Free many people with dealing with studpid codecs.

Sapphire Radeon RX 580 GPU with 8 GB ram.\

running: with Catalina 10.15.3 (19D76)\

VLC app runs in SSD internal drive 2, not on macOS drive.\

When I have setting: Video/Display/Window Decorations set to disabled. I can't move the Video Windows with the mouse. When I have setting enabled then I CAN move the video window.

I think you might want to look into that.

the bug came when I updated to the latest version of your VLC player. in the same macOS version it worked fine with previous version of VLC Player.
