3.0.10 Won't Play HE-AAC/AAC PS/Parametric Stereo

I upgraded from v3.0.8 to v3.0.10 and version 3.0.10 will not play audio on files that use HE-AAC audio, AKA AAC w/ SBR. Every other file I try works fine. Reverting back to v3.0.8 works and I can play HE-AAC audio again. I've also tried clearing the preferences and cache on v3.0.10. When a HE-AAC file is played on v3.0.10 mostly it is completely silent, but there will randomly be a bleep or blop, but that is it. I've also tried the latest nightly build, and that doesn't work either.
