[Mac] Window can't be moved anymore with cursor anywhere on the video

I updated to 3.0.10 today on a mac. If I'm not mistaking, on previous 3.0.8, user could move the window on the screen or against screen's borders by clicking anywhere on the video. It seems it's not possible anymore with release 3.0.10 and user can only do it from window's titlebar.

This looks like a regression from 3.0.8.
