macOS: video does not resize in fullscreen with caopengllayer module

  1. Use default settings (VLCs own fullscreen)
  2. Startwith a small video window
  3. Put video in fullscreen

-> Video stays in bottom left corner and is not correctly centered and enlarged

Only happens in VLCs fullscreen mode, not in native fullscreen mode.

Only happens with release build configuration (macOS 13 SDK), not in developer build (macOS 15 SDK). Reproducable with nightly 3.0. build.
