Transcoding introduces errors to video and audio

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/posting.php?mode=reply&f=14&t=55110#pr181637

VLC transcoding seems to introduce errors to both audio and video streams. During normal playback there isn't any errors but when transcoding is done, errors can been seen. Same with multiple video encoders (I used VLC WMV and MPEG-4 Divx profiles)

WMV transcoding options

:sout=#transcode{vcodec=WMV2,vb=800,scale=1,acodec=wma,ab=128,channels=2}:duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=asf,dst=}}

MPEG-4 Divx transcoding options

:sout=#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,vb=800,scale=1,acodec=mp4a,ab=128,channels=2}:duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=mp4,dst=}}

Sample file (issue should be repeatable on many different files) http://rapidshare.com/files/189813981/save-video.mp4.html (17 megs) same file is in YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wS2RQsYsCeI and it can be downloaded using keepvid.com

Image showing some of the issues (which can been seen on other media players also) http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/4e7619a3d7.jpg

Audio from same file also gets serious errors when it is tried to transcode to MP3 using MP3 profile MP3 transcoding options

:sout=#transcode{acodec=mp3,ab=128,channels=2}:duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=raw,dst=}}

Tested on Win32 with 0.9.8a and 1.0.0 git-20090103-0005.
