VLC v3.0.8 - SAP Announcment not working on video sream!

Hi,

We are trying to make a video stream with SAP Announcement but it does not work! VLC is not sending the SAP annoucement to their multicast group 224.2.127.254.

We are using the last VLC 3.0.8 version. In other version of VLC SAP Announcement works correctly.
