VLC will not play YouTube Videos

VLC is not able to play a YouTube Video. The last time time this worked was about two weeks ago. I have tried it on my PC and my Laptop. VLC does not now play YouTube videos on either.

I have VLC 3.0.8 on Windows 10 Professional (x64) Version 1909 (build 18363.720).
