Add VLC logo to notifications

After opening any video when other video is playing and minimized, there are new notification. It would be good to add VLC logo for more visibility like in Transmission (screenshot is attached). Lubuntu 18.04.4, VLC 3.0.8.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
