Breaks the video system on Mac

VLC starts normally, but after adding a video file, the macos video system is crashes. When accessing the MENU BAR bugs appear in the video interface. I took a few screenshots, but they do not fully reflect reality, i.e. I see a lot of pink color that is not in the screenshots. This is started autumn after I reinstalled the latest macOS and all apps.
