VC-1 (fourcc: WVC1) support for .(m2)ts files

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/posting.php?mode=reply&f=7&t=51455#pr176822

There are some .mt2s files which have VC-1 video inside them (fourcc: WVC1) and VLC doesn't playback them (tested with 0.9.8a and vlc-1.0.0-git-20081209-0006 under Win32). But VLC does have a WVC1 support, because VLC can play WVC1 sample files. So request is VC-1 support for .(m2)ts files.

Working WMV sample file: http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/V-codecs/WVC1/Test_1440x576_WVC1_6Mbps.wmv

I think the support only requires few changes to ts demuxer so this addition should be very easy.
