0.9.8a - Multiple Monitors - Full screen on a secondary monitor only full screens on the primary monitor

0.9.8a Full screen on a secondary monitor will put the full screen onto the primary monitor, and a full screen on the primary monitor stays on the primary monitor. Settings from previous version 0.9.6 have not changed, and this functionality worked in 0.9.6

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
