rotate: option not to crop video

As requested in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=53614 and mentioned in http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=51228#p169081

If you use rotate filter in VLC it doesn't update output video dimensions properly but instead crops the image. Transform rotate works correclty. Rotate doesn't.

So when I start VLC from command-line using

vlc --vout-filter=transform --transform-type=90 video.avi

I get something like this (OK behavior) http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/7199/vlcrotatecommandlineid5.jpg

When I open VLC normally and rotate via Extended settings..., the output is following http://img229.imageshack.us/img229/6940/vlcrotateextendedguifo1.jpg
