Audio stuttering

With the actual Version of 3.0.8 I experience audio stuttering in the video of at least one of my dashcams.

I can assure you than in earlier versions of VLC this did not happen. But I don't know with which version it was. Old videos (2017) from the same camera also stutter. Cold only test on Win10.

I'm afraid I did not try nightly builds because I don't have the time to do it.

Verified on two different machines. OS Win 10. Setting the audio output to "Windows Media Output" reduces the stuttering to a longer interval.

With Windows Media Player audio is correct.
