Hotkey for "Stay on Top"

The "Stay on Top" option is missing a hotkey, very useful feature when one wants to quickly switch between 'on top' states. I'd suggest Ctrl+t by default, as in some other video players.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
