H.264 + SOWT in MOV container - chopped audio

Hi all,

during playback of a video created by the SJCAM SJ4000 WiFi, the playback sound is chopped. MPlayer plays these files without any problem. Video: H264 MPEG-4 AVC, 1920x1080@30 YUV420p, ~15Mbps Audio: SOWT, mono, 32kHz, 16 bits LE Container: MOV VLC 3.0.8, Debian Sid, Linux 5.3.0-trunk-amd64 x86_64
