RTP RAW video doesn't play

Using VLC 3.0.8 on Windows 10 (10.0.18362). Also using corresponding vlclib version.

RTP doesn't work when the type is RAW (but is fine in a separate test with H264).

This appears to be because the version of the live555 library used by VLC is a very old one (dating from 2016). RAW RTP support was only added to live555 in 2018.

Can VLC be rebuilt to use a more recent version of live555?
