Audio Stutter

I notice a PC based ticket for the same thing earlier today but just to support his ticket. I did the upgrade on Mac OS10.16.6 from VLC 3.07 to 3.08 and all my videos audio now stutters. I uninstalled and downloaded 3.08 and reinstalled and the same thing happens.
