ARIB subtitles - not working for brazilian TV Digital standard - ISDB-Tb

I can't open ARIB subtitles inserted in MPEG-2 TS. In Brazil we use the same ISDB-T standard with just few differences. But for subtitles (ARIB STD B24), the difference is just the alphanumeric characteres instead of japanese ones.

Selecting "ARIB" for Digital TV Standard in Preferences, the subtitle become available but doesn't work. And the program title wrongly change to japanese characters.
