macOS interface: Touchbar integration does not behave as promised

I am checking the latest build vlc-4.0.0-20190728-0421. I saw that the integration of the Touch Bar is not working. When I want to move forward with the Touch Bar the movie isn't going forward. When I press the button to 60s at once then the movie is going 60s forward.

So when I want to move forward by hand the videos are getting stuck. Same goes for the play/pauze button on the touchbar. When you pause the movie it goes on pause. But when you want to start again and press the play button on the Touch Bar the movie stays on pause.

The white bar indicator on how far the movie is on the Touch Bar does not move forward when the movie is just playing. so you cannot see on the touch bar how far you are in the movie.

I'm using the latest Macos 10.14.6 (18G84)
