The interface bar on fullscreen is offsetted — KDE Plasma / Linux

It's actually a rather old bug, since January. To make it clear, i did a screenshot: https://twitter.com/Azarilh/status/1083165695851089922 As you can see from the screenshot, the interface doesn't start from the bottom, but it has some space. This space is exact the same as the space of the app bar/KDE's bottom panel. Infact, if i remove the panel the VLC's interface doesn't offset anymore. This wasn't a thing last year.

Yes, i have tried nightly builds and resetting the configurations, and i couldn't find the bug from the records, which amazes me considering how old this bug is. Am i the only one?
