Add Subtitle button

As requested in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=51816

Some people would want to have separate subtitle button in GUI so they can open subtitles easier (it seems neither drag&drop nor autoloading are the best options for all).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
