Add support for seperate keyReleased and keyPressed

As of libbluray 1.2.0 it'll be possible to seperate keyPressed and keyReleased. Please add this to VLC

(Mouse support will also be added to libbluray, so that would be nice to have in VLC too).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
