Green Flashing When Playing Any Video Format

Updated from 3.0.6 to 3.0.7 64bit on Windows 10 1903 all updates and when I play a video the video has a green tint and flashes. I tried many different video formats and 3 different computers all Windows 10 1903, but different ram, video cards, brands, etc. Clean reboots did not fix the problem. Reverted to 3.0.6 and everything is working fine. Note: 3.0.7 on Windows 10 1809 works fine.
