Screen flickers when you do an action (increase volume, go fullscreen, etc.)

The screen flickers when you perform an OS operation, like increasing the volume or anything for that matter.

  • Current OS: Fedora 30 (also happened on Fedora 29)
  • VLC 3.0.7

Installed via official VideoLAN Gnome Software repo & CLI.

I'm not sure which component is responsible for this behavior, I'll attach a video to clarify what happens exactly.
