Nvidia Video Settings not Obeyed in VLC in Windows

Requirements Latest VLC: 3.0.6 Windows 10 Nvidia Driver (Latest): 430.39 Graphics Card: 750ti (Doesn't matter)

By default, VLC enabled hardware acceleration. Tools > Preferences > Input / Codecs > Hardware acceleration decoding (Automatic) This uses GPU acceleration.

Sometimes, the video is dark and I have to disable the hardware acceleration decoding, to be able to adjust gamma at (VLC -> Adjustments and Effects > Video Effects > Essential > Gamma) I cannot adjust this when hardware acceleration decoding is automatic.

In MPC, I can adjust it through nvidia Control Panel (Video > Adjust Video Color Settings > With the NVIDIA settings > Gamma) If i increase it, the gamma immediately increases.

In VLC, it doesn't increase at all.

This is probably a bug in my opinion. Let me know if you need more details.
