User-Agent options

We have only item option :http-user-agent= It works with command line only and for one stream. This is bad idea. This is not enough. We need stand alone command line as well as configuration option to use it without command line and for all streams as it available for most http clients. item option doesn't work in playlist and there are no way to set user agent in android vlc.
