Cover art Operations does not make "Save Metadata" button visible

Description: The "Save Metadata" button is not visible when cover art is changed using the "Add cover art from file" right-click menu.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any audio file (tested on mp3 files)
- Go to "Tools ⟶ Media Information"
- Right-click on the cover and choose "Add cover art from file".
- Choose a cover. The cover should now be shown in the Media Information dialog.
At this point, you should be able to save the metadata using the "Save Metadata" button, but instead only the "Close" button is visible. The "Save Metadata" button only becomes visible, if you edit any text fields (title, artist, album..).
