mpeg dash does not play

Given live video stream (tv channel). All are happening under Linx:

This works:

mpv https://edge3.1internet.tv/dash-live11/streams/1tv/1tvdash.mpd

And this doesn't work:

vlc https://edge3.1internet.tv/dash-live11/streams/1tv/1tvdash.mpd
