Video does not reparent in skins2

When you are in skins2 mode and play a video, the video does not reparent correctly in the following situations: -when changing the skin -when changing the layout of the skin's window containing the video -when hiding/redisplaying the skin's window containing the video

The video does not move into the existing video control in the skin, instead it stays in a separate window.

Note: with 0.9.4 VLC the skins2 engine (specifically libpng) even crashes when changing the skin while playing a video.
