does not download selected subtitles

windows 10 64bit, shows a number of subtitles, when you select one does not download the selected subtitle. tried uninstalling and reinstalling without result. the problem started today, until yesterday subtitles were downloaded normally. So I have to go back to BSPlayer for subtitles.
