'Jump to Time' feature(ctrl+t) limited to 24hrs

I use multiple devices to listen to audiobooks using VLC, so the 'Jump to Time' function is quite useful. However, the books are well over 24hrs long and the Jump function is limited to 23h.59m.59s. The ticker seems to want to add 1 day but is unable to.

This seemes like an addition that is simple enough to make.
