Freeze when connection to an axis camera's rtsp stream

Hi,

When i'm connecting to an rtsp stream from an Axis camera, the playback will start and the freeze after one seconds, it will the restart and proceed to play without any issue. This doesn't happens on other rtsp streams. Tested on vlc 4.0.0-master.
