VLC packaged as snap does not see DLNA

OS: Kubuntu 18.04 LTS 64bit

VLC version: 3.0.6 (snapd)

Hardware:

   Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz

   Sound Card - Intel Corporation 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 04)

   Wireless - Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6235 (rev 24)

Procedure to reproduce:

  1. Start VLC
  2. Click Universal Plug'n'Play
  3. Check log.
  4. Continue waiting for a minute.
  5. Nothing shows up. NOTE: Issue does not appear on Windows 10 on my network using VLC with the same version.
