Some TSCC videos flicker when played back

As pointed out in here: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=50762

VLC 0.9.4 (tested Win32) cannot play all videos properly which use TSCC video codec. They flicker. Problem doesn't exist with all TSCC videos.

No errors in message log.
