360 VR video not being played correctly

Hi. I can't play these 360 videos; I downloaded from YouTube,with VLC 3.0.6 correctly while windows 10 Movies&TV App play them Fine, While VLC shows parallel scenes in wrong places that doesn't make it 360 video.

I uploaded Files to Google Drive with following short links.
