duration calculation by PS demuxer (.vob files)

Reported length of .vob file is 2 minutes. Real length 2:25 minutes for instance (3-2-pulldown.vob Tarzan movie sample) GET_LENGTH is incorrect and therefore GET_TIME is also incorrect.

Both are mux rate based, which of course doesn't work on VBR muxed files like VOBs usually are.
