Crash with Qt's Embed the file browser in open dialog

When the option "Embed the file browser in open dialog" is enabled, crash appears when selecting the following menu items Media
- Open Multiple Files...
- Open Disc...
- Open Netword Stream...
- Open Capture Device...
- Convert / Save...
- Stream...
The open can be found in the advanced preferences of Qt.
