Rewind/Fast Forward Voice Command on Chromecast causes Video to Freeze

To recreate this issue you'll need a Google Assistant or a Google Home device to send a voice command to the Chromecast.

First start any video and render it to the Chromecast device. Then use Google Assistant or Google Home to rewind the video 30 seconds by saying, "rewind living room TV 30 seconds". The video will freeze on the TV.
