VLC fails to recognize AAC LC audio track in mp4 container

When playing this sample, VLC does not recognize the existence of the AAC LC audio track included, so it will play without sound: http://image.qiuduanribao.com/07.书信类应用文2.mp4

This issue is fixed in VLC 4.0 HEAD.
