Opening folder doesn't add files into playlist from sub-folders recursively

Using VLC 3.0.4 32-bit Windows

As of 3.0.4, adding a folder into the playlist (Media -> Open Folder...) does not add all the audio files from sub-folders into the playlist anymore.

Example:

├───Folder 1
    ├───Subfolder 1
    │   └───Music 1.mp3
    │
    ├───Subfolder 2
    │   └───Music 2.mp3

If open Folder 1 into VLC playlist, it will not scan for both Music 1.mp3 and Music 2.mp3. It will only open 1 subfolder at a time.

This doesn't happen in 3.0.3 and prior.
