ts file not playing anymore after upgrading VLC player from 3.0.3 to 3.0.4

The attached video file was playing fine in VLC player version 3.0.3 but does not play at all (no video and no audio, only the progress bar moves on) in version 3.0.4.

It is a TV recording created with tvheadend, recorded from a DVB-S2 USB receiver (DVBSky S960)
