The Interactive Zoom doesn't work smoothly in vertical videos

The interactive zoom doesn't work properly/smoothly, the cursor on the area where you want to zoom strays here and there and you can't zoom on the area you want. It happens in videos when you change use the transform the video and rotate it. The cursor in the box area doesn't move.
