Subtitle is hazy or not readable sometimes

This is happening frequently that VLC player is showing a distorted subtitle that is not readable. There is no way to re-produce the error anyway.

I'm attaching the screenshot of such instance and the list of things that needs to open a ticket from https://wiki.videolan.org/Report_bugs/.

1. Windows 8.1 Pro
2. 3.0.3
3. Please find the zpu-z dump file attached.
4. Can't create the logs, please instruct how to do that.
5. Can't reproduce the issue. Hence attaching the screenshot.
6. It occurs in between the video. No pattern as such.
7. Subtitle in movie. Don't know the codec.
8. Not a crash.
9. It happens for any kind of video which has subtitle.
