VLC 3 doesn't use Icy Metadata for HTTPS streams

When you open icecast stream over http, you see metadata, for example:

http://nimble01edge01.hoster.by:8081/unistar/unistar-48heaac/icecast.audio

When you use https - no:

https://nimble01edge01.hoster.by/unistar/unistar-48heaac/icecast.audio
