VLC not responding when using VLSub

Hi. whenever i open vlc and looking for subtitles it says "vlc along with version not responding" in a pop out box and green color strip goes to right from left. the issue start when i click on search with hash/name..my vlc is always update. i also reinstall yesterday but issue not solved yet.it this not soved even after reopen program.also this not happen always suppose i search 10 times for subs i found this 4 times. i give you all image of bug. image 1 --when i click on search by hash or name. image 2 --when i click on "yes" that is on image 1 in box. image 3 -- in task manager to end task.
